All equipment provided by Kinxo Medical Supplies LLC is subject to the manufacturer’s limited warranty, when applicable.

Warranty terms are established and governed by the manufacturer, not by Kinxo Medical Supplies.

Typical manufacturer warranty provisions include:

  • Coverage Period:
    Commonly one (1) year from the date of delivery, or as specified by the manufacturer
  • What Is Covered:
    Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
  • What Is Not Covered:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Accidental damage
    • Misuse or improper handling
    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
    • Damage caused by environmental factors, power issues, or improper storage

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Specific terms are available upon request.

🔹 Oxygen Equipment & Rental-Specific Language (CMS-Aligned)

Certain equipment — including oxygen concentrators, portable oxygen systems, and other life-sustaining devices — is typically provided as a rental, particularly when billed to insurance or Medicare.

For rental equipment:

  • Ownership of the equipment remains with the supplier or manufacturer
  • Warranty and servicing are handled in accordance with:
    • Manufacturer requirements
    • Applicable payer rules
    • Federal and Florida regulations

Kinxo Medical Supplies:

  • Does not guarantee repair, replacement, or reimbursement
  • Does not extend or modify manufacturer warranties
  • Does not authorize unauthorized repairs

All oxygen equipment service, maintenance, or replacement decisions are made based on:

  • Manufacturer guidance
  • Safety requirements
  • Payer and regulatory standards

🔹 How Kinxo Supports Warranty & Service Issues

If you experience an issue with your equipment:

  1. Contact Kinxo Medical Supplies

  3. Kinxo will:
    • Assess whether the issue may fall under manufacturer warranty
    • Coordinate with the manufacturer or authorized service provider when applicable

Kinxo acts as a facilitator, not a guarantor, of warranty outcomes.
