🚨 Emergency Preparedness & Continuity of Care
(AHCA-Aligned Disclosure)
Kinxo Medical Supplies LLC maintains an Emergency Preparedness Plan designed to support continuity of care during emergencies, natural disasters, power outages, or other service disruptions, in accordance with applicable Florida AHCA requirements.
Our emergency planning prioritizes patient safety, clear communication, and regulatory compliance.
🔴 Life-Sustaining Equipment – Priority Support
Certain equipment supplied by Kinxo Medical Supplies is considered life-sustaining due to its direct impact on respiratory function and patient safety.

Patients using life-sustaining equipment receive priority emergency support, including access to 24/7 on-call assistance for urgent equipment-related issues.
🟠 Clinically Critical Equipment (Not Life-Sustaining)
Other equipment supplied by Kinxo Medical Supplies — including power mobility devices, hospital beds, and pressure-relief surfaces — may be clinically critical for mobility, safety, and independence, but is not classified as life-sustaining under AHCA or CMS emergency preparedness standards.
Emergency response expectations for this equipment differ from life-sustaining devices and are handled in accordance with regulatory guidance and operational feasibility.
