Patients and caregivers are responsible for:

  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Using equipment as instructed by the supplier and ordering provider
  • ๐Ÿงผ Maintaining equipment in reasonable condition, including basic care and cleanliness
  • ๐Ÿšจ Promptly reporting equipment issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns
  • ๐Ÿ”„ Notifying Kinxo of changes in address, insurance coverage, or ordering provider
  • โ™ป๏ธ Returning rental equipment when it is no longer medically necessary or ordered
